Kerstin Scheuch (*1968) studied History of Art at the Universities of
Vienna, Austria and St. Andrews, Scotland, and holds an MBA from INSEAD, Fountainbleau, France. Her professional career has encompassed
development, finance and management within cultural institutions, including Sotheby’s Vienna, the Council of Europe Exhibition, and the Wiener Secession. She was executive consultant at KPMG, London. In 2001 she became project leader for the development of a new institution for higher education in design, cinema and television in Mexico City. CENTRO opened in 2004 and is promoting the role of design in all aspects of life ever since. The same year she also became a strategic consultant for international initiatives of the Art Center College of Design, Pasadena.
